1:1 Sessions

Personalised, clinical Pilates sessions guided by Sophie’s physiotherapy expertise. Ideal for injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and improving overall movement and strength.

One-to-one Pilates sessions are ideal if you're new to Pilates or exercise, managing an

injury or medical condition, or simply prefer personalised guidance. These sessions offer

increased supervision, customised modifications, and the opportunity to ask questions in a

supportive environment.


Beginner Pilates is suitable for anyone who is medically stable. You’ll learn the core

principles and foundational movements, with exercises adapted to your individual needs.


Intermediate and advanced Pilates sessions are available for those familiar with Pilates

principles. The equipment can be used to provide support or resistance, and can challenge

the body through stable, unstable, or multidirectional movement patterns.


Because your program is tailored from an individual assessment, each session targets your

specific areas of need—whether it’s improving strength, mobility, stability, or muscle

endurance. One-to-one instruction ensures optimal technique, safe progression, and a highly

effective practice.

Duration: 55 minutes | Cost: £85 per session

  • 1 session - £85

  • 5 sessions – £400 (£80 each)

  • 10 sessions – £750 (£75 each)

  • 20 sessions – £1400 (£70 each)
