This program focuses on enhancing core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture,
and supporting balance and stability. It’s a gentle yet powerful approach to managing
issues such as back pain, pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and postural
imbalances, while also promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
